Owner/Supervising Instructor

As a veteran Certified Driving Instructor since 2000, Phil is the Owner/Supervising Instructor of Pro Tech Driving Academy and active member of the Driving School Association of New Jersey. His calm and patient demeanor has made him a popular favorite amongst nervous new drivers everywhere. As the program designer of Pro Tech’s detailed curriculum, Phil is also responsible for training new instructors in crash avoidance. In his free time, he enjoys modifying/driving high performance vehicles, working as a freelance musician and touring/performing with the “Kwame Binea Shakedown.”

Anthony Neglio

Anthony has worked with teens as a high school educator for over a decade. Primarily working in inner city schools as enabled him to gain the patience and skill set to work with a wide variety of personalities. This experience has led Anthony to become one of Pro Tech’s expert driving instructors. His witty and dry sense of humor could relax even the most nervous of first time drivers. He enjoys watching the growth of his student’s driving abilities in just 6 short hours. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family or watching reruns of his favorite TV sitcoms.
